about

The techniques you can use to obtain unique images and how you can relate this to adult photography.

At each of these sessions you will be given the opportunity to setup according to your plan and execute your shots directing the model to acheive the result you are looking for.

As this workshop is a skill practice teaching workshop there will not be a follow up post production workshop at this stage. We are looking for your images to have minimal retouching. This means other than some colour correction and sharpening, the image should be relatively untouched.

required items

Your camera

A good sturdy camera tripod (I will have two tripods available for use to those who don't own one)

Cable/remote release for your camera

Speedlights with off camera wireless triggers (I will be bringing a set of three speedlights, receivers and a trigger for those who do not have them)

Drinks (No alcohol please, this is an Alcohol-free event)

Notepad and pen

Torch

Mosquito repellant

Warm clothing

Blanket to sit on

As we will be in a bush setting, it's also a good idea to have a small simple first aid kit if you get any scratches.

At a later date we will be running a session with a guest retouching artist to work with your RAW images with a group competition to look for the most popular image. The best raw (ie no photoshopping!) images for the night will be featured in the group with the photographers chosen by voting by the group.
